Your Account Manager will meet with you to discuss your specific needs and other factors, including the reason for the opening, technical and experience requirements, compensation levels, and the nature of the work environment.
We will then work with you to develop a detailed job description, including your specific requirements and priorities.
We’ll use a broad range of sources to identify the best candidates for your unique requirements. With a staff that averages almost 15 years in IT recruitment in the DFW market, we have the contacts to uncover excellent candidates others just can’t find.
We will personally interview each candidate to understand their qualifications, motivations and availability. After we evaluate their fit for the position, we’ll provide the top 2 to 3 candidates who are best qualified and truly interested in working for you.
We will work with all parties to coordinate interviews, gather information and answer any additional questions throughout the interview process.
Your feedback is vital throughout the process. If the candidates we provide aren’t the right matches, we’ll promptly review the job description and adjust our search.
References, background checks and drug screens are performed.
We’ll help you prepare and communicate the job offer. Once it’s accepted, we’ll help coordinate the start-date logistics and assist with any employment paper work.
